[Survival] Cosmetic Rank prices have been lowered

A few changes to the premium shop:

- Sponsor (Cosmetic) bundle had firework gun removed and added airhorns instead
- Philanthropist, Contributor, Benefactor had their firework gun removed and prices reduced by up to $10
- Added old Philanthropist rank (item bonuses) for a brief period of time
- Added Brewing kit back for a brief period of time
- Added temple kit back for a brief period of time
