Welcome to the Support Page!
Please follow these simple steps to submit a ticket:



1. Join our Discord server if you haven't already (https://discord.gg/P56dXsD)
2. Create a ticket by typing your issue in the #support channel
3. A new channel will be created for you, which will serve as a ticket (this is automatically done by our Support Bot)
4. Follow the ticket there, contribute and answer when asked any questions

Disclaimer: Do not include any identifiable information such as IP adresses, e-mail adresses, phone number, real first name + last name. If the need to do so will arise, do it only via forum pm to Towelie, Dpa1991, FearThe1337 or saywhat2365 (only if one of the above asks you to)

Here are a few things to remember when creating a ticket:
  • Use a suggestive, but short title. Something that describes your problem in a few words
  • Give as many details as possible. Screenshots / video clips, and anything that you think would help us do our job better
  • Generally, it takes about 48-72h for you to get a reply to your ticket. Please remember that we are not a commercially supported website, and all our staff are volunteers
