[PSA] Skype seems to be having problems right now

Skype is currently encountering some problems and is not fully working.
Things like calls, group chats might not work well, and for some people it may be impossible to connect.

As a workaround, you can use https://web.skype.com/en/

For those of you still logged into normal Skype - don't log out or you won't be able to reconnect.
