lost rank

its been a while since ive been on lost islands, and i got back on to find my skylord rank gone. i used to be a helper and i think when i got demoted my rank somehow got taken away.
i dont know if it was meant to be taken away but i dont see why it would be, i never got banned or anything so please help i like this server and wanted to start playing on it again

Problem solved in-game thanks to dutbug, locked. Grats on the new rank (again) xd
