[Survival] New Secretary

@TheOfficialMiner is now my secretary until December 17th (trial period). At that date, I will decide who gets to stay as my secretary (between Katherine and Miner).
Choosing him was tough, but I had my eyes set on either him or @misspiggy95  (but seing as misspiggy is HoS, I didn't want to take her off her very important duties)

What does this mean? He will have to constantly be in touch with the community and players and know what Survival needs and then tell it to me in a form of a daily task list. Basically, all the work I put towards Survival (and not only), will go through  / be prioritized by Miner.
