[Survival] What are we currently lacking?

I would like to see more plug-ins similar to slimed until hat add new and unique things to the server and most importantly can be accessed by everyone and not just those who donate. What seems to happen is all we focus on is donations so we continue to add more and more cosmetic and just-for-fun plug-ins that can be accessed by donator, but we fail to add plug-ins that add unique things for everyone.

If this doesn't make any sense I'm sorry, I'm writing this at 2200 after a long day so forgive me for that.
