[Survival] MobCatcher is back!

Good news everyone! MobCatcher is back!
If you don't remember it, it's a plugin that allows you to catch almost any mob (except wither/dragon/etc) by throwing an egg at it. The chances will vary from 50% to 100% based on mob type, and the cost of a succesful catch is 5k EmpBucks for a peaceful mob or 10k EmpBucks for a hostile mob.
How to catch mobs? It's simple -> Throw a chicken egg at a mob. Then that mob dissapears and a mob egg of its type will appear. Get that egg, and to spawn it back, right-click it on the ground
