[Survival] MyTime and /guishop fixes

Good news everyone!
I have added /mytime to the /guishop for 1 mil EmpBucks! In addition to that, I have fixed autoshop/global market/etc perms and they will now be automatically delivered when purchased from /guishop

Does this mean that ranks who previously had /mytime will lose that perm?
