Lost My Inventory! Help?

I went to the spirit world (Witchery mod) and accidentally warped back to the real world. My inventory got replaced with my spirit word inventory. I killed my sleeping body to try and fix the problem, but apparently that made it worse. Is there any way to get my inventory back? I have a screenshot of my inventory before I went to the spirit world.

I have restored most of your inventory.  For future reference, please dont warp out while in the Dream world, use an icy needle.

Yeah, DO NOT use /home or /spawn or any of those commands that would teleport you out of the dream world, you'll lose your inventory. Icey needles or dying in a dream will get you out of it.
