[Survival] EliteMobs Update

The EliteMobs plugin was updated.  A lot of bugfixes were applied, but also the following noteworthy changes:

- Fixed Randomly Generated item level.  It's level was 5% of the defeated mob's level, now it has been correctly set to 50%
- Increased the chance of getting custom loot from defeating mobs
- Increased the max level of enchants you can get from EliteMobs loot. (for some enchants it was capped at way too low by me)
- Added the notion of Unique Items (the first Unique items set is the EliteMobs set)
- Disabled EliteMobs in Nether and World3 (for real this time)
- Working on adding an EliteMobs shop (where you can gain currency (EliteMob coins) by selling the undesirable loot to the shop, and buy new loot there). TO BE FURTHER ANNOUNCED

WARNING: The current update may break some older loot. If your older loot had perks such as absorption (or other potion effects) they will no longer work. There is nothing I can do about this and there will be no refunds

Sounds like OP items might become more commonplace. However, this'll be cool as a collector of Elite Mobs items! RIP godswords
