[Survival] Nether and End were reset

The Nether and End were reset and there may be a bit of lag (and by that I mean a lot) until nether is re-generated.
I have also attempted a dynmap update, but sadly it still doesn't work on 1.13.

This is Garywb....I need help I'm locked out of SFT. I have tried everything removing reloading and repair/It tells me I need 1.113 to get inb and that is what I have . Can someone help me please

Gary downgrade your mc to 1.13

^^ You're trying to join with 1.13.1 at the moment but you need to be on 1.13
