Hello all,

Thank you for your patience as we continue to work on the factions server and player's experience. This post is to address confusion around warnings from staff members as well as time bans.

For future reference, this is how punishments/bans will be issued and dealt with:
- Players are tracked to see how many warnings they have had. If a staff member warns a player for an issue in game, they will attempt to check to see if that player has been warned before, if so, their punishment may result in a ban, even if the issue is mild, as they have been warned lots of times before.

- If a staff member cannot see the player has been warned, so just warns them for the incident, another staff member may correct this decision later on and the player will be discussed with the FMod+ team. If the FMod+ team deems it fit that this player should have been banned for the incident due to past offences and warnings which may have gone unmentioned, this player will be banned.

- If a player wishes to dispute a ban, they should either place an unban request on forums under "other servers", or in the case of a time ban attempt to contact the member of staff that banned them on discord for clarification on the ban or to dispute the claim. Please do not contact different members of staff regarding the issue. If the member of staff who banned you needs assistance, they may contact the FMod+ team on how to continue and advice towards your ban. All bans will be discussed openly with the staff team before action is taken regarding disputes.

- Some minor incidents only require a verbal warning or a kick. However, if you continue to get these, you may eventually receive a ban for the collection of minor incidents that you have been involved in. Please bear this in mind when you feel you have been banned for a small/minor issue.

A final note: Generally, a staff members decision is final, even if the staff member who banned you was not the member of staff who dealt with an incident (as you may have received prior warnings who the original staff member was not aware of). Please act maturely and responsibly when disputing bans and don't harass/insult staff over their decision - There may have been more to it than what you think.

As always, our discord factions suggestion board is open for discussion and we appreciate your input.
