I really like the direction we're currently headed and I think that it's going to be a long, hard road ahead of us to branch out and start pulling people into our community that want to stay. That being said, we need to keep fighting and pushing new, innovative, fun ideas into our community, especially if it's at no cost to host a new server, or come up with new ways to get donations, etc. Hoping that this will all pay off real soon.

I don't understand why anyone is making a fuss about the costs. Money takes no time to get. Go mining for about 2 hours a day. Within 2 weeks you will have more than enough resources to make yourself money to move your builds.

The same goes for vote tokens. Take 15 days to vote every day. Of those 15 days you're guaranteed to pick up some vote tokens and multiples at a time are also possible. On day 5 of voting every day you have a chance at 20 vote tokens and again, multiple chances at 20 vote tokens.

Getting the resources needed to have extra builds move is simple you just have to want to work for it. If you're not willing to work for it, you clearly don't want your builds moved that badly. Pretty simple.

I'm going to be locking this topic due to it being a conflict of interest (I think they should be able to vote but won't be able to comment).

Locked.

Order of the Phoenix was definitely my favorite. To me, it just seemed like the turning point for the books to become a much darker and thicker plot.

I've broken my fingers more times than I'd like to admit due to playing basketball.

I've ripped the muscle straight from the bone in one of my feet causing me to wear a cast until it had healed properly.

When I was only 6 years old, my brother threw a bucket at my face when we were digging for worms (for whatever reason) and it had hit my eyebrow. I had to get 6 stitches then.

And then my most drastic one was when I was 13 years old, I was on a soccer trip for a tournament. We stayed in a hotel with a pool and near the pool door it was carpeted and always soaked from people coming and going to the pool. A friend of mine had challenged me to a race down the hallway, and the first to reach to pool door was the winner. Turns out that it had been so slippery that when I tried to stop, I slipped and fell, smashing both of my knees through the bottom pane of this glass door (the panes were wired). I ended up going to the hospital to get 100+ stitches. It's since caused me some trouble with blood flow to my lower legs as well as nerve damage in the same area. Lesson learned though; do what it takes to win the race.

Quote from: RallyReaper on Jun 04, 2016, 02:59 PMThe arma 3 server probably don't really get any players. I'd say ditching that may be a good idea. Idk about rust.

But I think if you plan on keeping arma 3's server or rusts, you should get someone who know's how it runs. But don't actually own the game or something so there's no chance of it being ruined.

I don't mean to be rude, but what?

To comment on both things you just said, both Arma 3 and Rust have very active communities, especially Arma 3's RPing community is strong.

As for getting someone to run the servers that doesn't actually play the game just seems like an outrageous thing to say. How is one supposed to run a game and understand what a community might want with regards to change if they haven't experienced why a change should be made?

I understand that you think that Admin abuse might be a thing, but regardless, if the community becomes large, multiple Admins would be needed, and saying that the Admins can't go in game and fix problems and issues just makes no sense whatsoever.

Quote from: BattleAxium on Jun 03, 2016, 06:12 PMI would take over Altis Life, but was never given the opportunity to do so.
Otherwise, I agree with the rest of the servers mentioned being removed.

@Towelie No one else was given a chance to actually take over the Altis Life server. Although I personally am not very experienced in playing much Altis, much less administrating or managing a server, I think it's a big step from moving this community away from Minecraft and much more toward what we are looking for, a community of games.

I know this isn't for me to say, but giving IPwn and Battle (because I know they have experience in the area) a chance to try to create the server wouldn't be such a bad thing. Let's think of it this way, if you kill the server, there's no chance of growth, but if you choose to let someone, anyone who is willing to work on the server do just that, then the chance for actual expansion within the community is there.

I already think that working on the Rust server is a great idea, and if GMod ever gets advertised like Rust is currently, along with the addition of an Altis Life server, this community has a very real chance of being able to move farther away from Minecraft and into a multi-game community.

If we prove success in our other games as well, it opens the door for us to host other games, and pull in players there as well with games like ARK, or even BHop and surfing servers on CS:GO, and if all goes well, host an official DayZ server (assuming the game is popular at any point in time).

I've always enjoyed riding roller coasters but to me personally, they don't "thrill" me like they may others. Of course they're fun to ride, though. But if we're talking about "thrill" seeking, I've always wanted to try bungee jumping, and even skydiving.

I think that the price of Dragon's Breath should be more costly than that of Blaze Powder and a glass bottle. Blaze Powder is much easier to farm than that of Dragon's Breath. With the use of spawners, it's very quick and easy to grab yourself a whole bunch of blaze rods which equates to easy blaze powder. As for Dragon's Breath, it's harder to farm because it takes time and there is a risk of dying (The End Dragon's knockback is way more powerful now).

I don't think it should be super expensive however, because it is currently not possible to get on SFT with the End disabled. I think the price should be somewhere around the 400-500 EMP price range instead of around 300-400 EMP, all things considered.

I'm a Dallas Stars fan personally. I would've loved to see them do better, but with some injuries late in the season they seemed to get down during the playoffs. This being said, I usually would cheer for a Canadian team if they were in the playoffs and Dallas wasn't, although, that wasn't a thing this year.

Since there was no one for me to really root on, I decided that Washington would be a good team to cheer for seeing that I like Ovechkin as a player and he has never won a Cup. Turns out that they lost to the Penguins so I would just rather the Penguins lose.

I also think that the competition this year in the West seemed a lot better. Teams were able to beat the last 2 Stanley Cup Champions (Blackhawks and Kings). The Sharks have also played a phenomenal post-season, and seeing them take it wouldn't be the worst thing.

I think I started off pretty slowly there and ended it pretty strongly. I feel I need to be more dexterous with my feet.

I would love to see the return of the Factions server. I think a reboot for it would do it quite nicely and could bring in a few players. Staff would need to be strict on the rules, and punishment would have to be dolled out properly.

I've been around Factions for quite some time (since it's launch in 2012?) and had staffed there since whenever PeaceCorps had become a thing (if any of you even know what that is). Although I wasn't around so much in 2015 (I wasn't really active in the community as a whole) I'd love to see a reboot.

I know some people think that Factions is a complete waste of time, or filled with drama, but unless you've been around Factions and had seen exactly what was going on, then just making generalizations on it doesn't do you or Factions any justice. And although, there was some drama in it all, I think that's just how SFT is when it comes to PvP based servers (The old Prison Server is a great example).

I'd also like to point out that the Factions server was not closed due to the "drama" of PvPing, or Factions getting out of hand with one another but for different reasons, involving certain community members entirely.

I know that me saying all of this could just be me wanting to feel the nostalgia of a Factions server on SFT again, but I'm hoping that if a Factions server were to come back, that we could straighten out any of the problems that we had with it and bring in a proper playerbase and staff team to keep the drama at a minimum.

Some kind of PvP minigame. As previously suggested, Sky Wars, Money Wars or my personal favorite Egg Wars would be really great to have implemented.

I'd also be okay with some KitPvP.

General Discussion / Re: Post your FACE!

So today I was just sitting around doing nothing (as per usual) and I go look in the mirror. I see me and this hair that I currently have and I'm like:

I couldn't say that I was too pleased with my hair. I'd been growing it out for almost 2 years and I had officially decided it's time for a change!

I get this new haircut, a style I've never had before, a fresh new look for me. Although I had seen it at the barber shop whilst getting it cut I hadn't truly seen it up close and personal. I get home, look in the mirror and I see it, finally. My reaction?

And thus concludes the tale of my haircut.

The only times that I have ever had the problem with being stuck on tier 1 of voting occurs whenever I vote BEFORE 24 hours after I last voted. This occurrence happened yesterday and today I think I'm unable to test the theory because it's past the 24 hour mark.

I will look into voting like this once I get on a higher tier than tier 1/2 to see if it actually works that way, sort of as a guinea pig.

*This theory is in no way properly tested and could be wrong. Do NOT take my word as being correct. Further experimentation is needed to prove this theory.

I just turned off the texture pack. Same thing. Also this problem occurred with HallaDalla as well.
47
Yes it's updated to 1.9. You can tell by the offhand slot being there :P
48
Once Vote Party is activated and everyone gets their rewards the potions you may receive are untextured blocks.

Also, somehow I have emeralds for leg armor and Steve Co. keys for boot armor.

Stancrazie. Easy choice.

Would you rather have hair nowhere on your body (EVERYWHERE, including head/facial hair) or be very hairy all over and not be able to shave?
