Yea but optifine helps reduce alot of lag Green_Giant I have the mod and it IS completely safe and allowed on almost all servers

Optifine actually speeds up your frame rate however it cannot fix problems with connection which is what greengiant was talking about

I had celulitus in my leg at one point it is horribly painful and I understand what your going through! Good luck man and I know you'll pull through the pain, take as much time off as needed!

Maybe having an emp exchange where players can buy the exact amount of emp they want. ( 10,000 emp = 1 dollar)

This would have to be different on every server just to their economies but would definitely mean newer players may spend one or two dollars fairly often.

As to a lot of people this won't seem like a huge waste of money like buying 1mil emp for 10 dollars. Some people don't have that money to spend but they do have a dollar or two lying around that they are willing to spend

We need a way to find/delete our golden shovel protection... I haven't been on in forever because I lost my prot (they may have added a way since then). I also like the plotworld idea!

I believe doing /abandonclaim if your standing in your claim will delete it. FCorrect me if im wrong

Actually worldedit is very possible.  The plot plugin I use limits worldedit to your plot.
