Not to be picky, but as Frosty said and you also have some false information here. Firstly the fact that you can't get shinies in the game yet, nor can you get azumarill (a quick google search said you can't, unless I didn't look hard enough, if I'm incorrect please inform me) but yeah, Frosty said the most of it, just pointing out your reason towards not enjoying the game isn't a valid one.

Why the need for a helper rank? In my personal opinion.... if staff can't answer questions in chat themselves then why are they staff?  Staff are supposed to have a decent knowledge to answer those things, to be looking at chat a majority of the time in the first place to be doing their duties, so I don't see how a helper rank is needed when staff should be doing this in the first place.   That's just me though, I look forward to hearing more in depth info on exactly what this is and why.

Like I said, we are also working on improving the staff team but I don't see how having some dedicated community members helping other players would be a bad thing.

Would be cheeky to reply like a staff member here and say "you don't need a rank to be able to help players" wouldn't it? (;

Agreed, prefix or no prefix. If they wanted to do help, they'd already be helping regardless.

Helper rank isn't really going to fix the issue of staff ignoring players, people that become helper are gonna eventually start to ignore players as well due to the fact that they're not considered "Staff" or get anything out of being a helper. The only way to fix that issue, is to re-evaluate the staff team and if need be, remove people who aren't contributing to the requirements and in return, find people who will.
 
And on another note, "You reported that not enough is being changed / added to the game" correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe this has nothing to do with a new spawn? I don't think players are to fussed about there being a new spawn, I think they're more pointed at plugins and things to spice up the game, this can be fixed with I guess a more active developer team? no one works on Pixelmon regularly as far as I'm aware of?

More events? Grab some Eventhost's from Surv to dual staff on pix as well, or just scout for some other people who you deem worthy. I'm sure there are a lot of players out there who are willing to give there time.

Anyway, just my two cents.

Why don't we just make a custom chest lock plugin for SFT? Easily done.

I'm pretty sure we did have one at one point but it was crap compared to LWC/lockette so we switched back

I remember it, you had to right click a place a sign on it? I loved that. It looked so cool and worked smoothly. I guess the only issue with it was that new players would not know too do that? If so, we could just make it that every time a chest is place it automatically notify's you of what you need to do to protect it.

Yeah, if you read my message, It clearly outlines that. However we no longer use it. We use LWC.
What my message was saying; is that we should bring our custom one back.
