Patron here. If I wanted to donate to a charity, I would have done that as opposed to donating to superfuntime. It would be in the server's best interest to save any extra money it accumulates for times of hardship (the good times aren't going to last forever) or to put that extra money into growing the server.
I brought this up in discord but I'll bring it up here too. Are you guys going to do anything about the spawntown and the high vacancy rates? Specically, decreasing the price of houses/shops and loosening the restrictions on ownerships. The spawntown is really dead (33% occupancy, mostly staff and architects who don't use their houses) and I don't think that's a good impression to give to new players who usually spend their first few minutes on the server exploring the spawntown.
Last month, @winston_b and I participatated in a challenge where if one of us missed a day of voting, we would each contribute a decided-upon amount to the lottery. Since both of us failed to miss a day, we decided we'd try something new this month.
For players who vote every day in April at all 10 voting sites, we will each contribute the following amount to the lottery on the first of May (the two of us and alts do not count):
4 players: 250k 5-9 players: 500k 10+ players: 1 million
I know there's a huge space in the emporium that isn't being used right now. What if you turned that space into an autoshop with admin shop signs so players could buy/sell some of the most popular items (all the gem types, baked potatoes/melons, etc.) when the emporium isn't open. We had something like this a few spawns ago and it would make life so much easier for the managers because people wouldn't be constantly nagging them to open the emporium.
Due to the new hopper rule, I have made the painstaking decision to close 2 much loved games: the quackpot and keno. These games will not be making a return until this rule is changed. Don't be sad though- reinvention is what Ducky's Palace does best. Stay tuned for newer and better casino games
Also thank you to everyone who participated in our poker and blackjack games on Sunday.
The rules against these are probably here to stay. Allowing players to automatically farm crops and mobs would acutely disrupt the economy. Players who spent years playing to get their balances where they are now would be usurped in a matter of days/weeks by players who (at most) spent a few days building an auto-farm.
My casino has seen a big decline in traffic in the past few months and I would like to know why. If you are a survival player and have some spare time, I would appreciate it if you took this survey. All participants who enter their name will receive 25,000 emp in FREE casino chips.

14 houses (40% of the 35 planned) are finished and every one is still sold out. I will be taking a break from building houses for a few months (it has become rather tedious), so until I resume building, those who want to buy a house unfortunately will not be able to.
Thanks to the generosity of @Towelie and hard work of @Autpek, Ducky's Palace now uses real casino chips (renamed dyes) rather than written books. This feature takes the gambling experience to a whole new level, as well as making it easier to play for first-time gamblers. If you are in possession of any of the old written book casino chips, please contact me, either in-game or on discord (@omelet#7541) so we can we change those out.
Also, the chip slots have been renamed to simply "slots," and you can now warp there with /warp slots.
Tired of the expensive, rule-ridden city life? (Yes, that was a jab at Brickport). Move to the suburbs!
TownUSA is a town modeled after the American suburbs, built by @omelott with the help of @Firelighttt. It is currently under construction, but once finished, it will consist of 35 homes and a brand new Mallusa in the center of town.
All houses are built with a spacious floorplan and consist of at least 2 bedrooms (1 masters and 1 regular, with closets), 1-2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, garage, front/back yards, and a large attic for your storage needs. Every house is unique and not a single one is like the other. Much thought and attention to detail was put into constructing each house.
The standard price for each house is 750k. A 10% is offered to active staff as a "thank you" for their work to better the community. Currently, there are no houses available. This is not an accident and instead intentional. We want a town that players regard as being highly desirable to have a house in.
You can come visit and see our progress at /warp townusa. TownUSA is funded by QuackCorp, a conglomerate which consists of other much-loved companies on SFT such as Mallusa and Ducky's Palace Casino.
Town Rules: 1. Treat your neighbors with kindness and respect 2. Do not change the exterior walls of your house and be modest with your yard decorations. This helps us preserve the town aesthetic. 3. Do not sell or rent your house to other players 4. Do not move your house out of the town 5. Do not go inactive for 2 or more months. However, this rule does not apply to you if you put considerable effort into decorating your house/ it looks like you live there. I'm obviously not going to evict people who would care about being evicted. 6. Do not put British flags outside your home (Canadian ones are OK).
Updated the main post. Also, if anyone has suggestions or complaints concerning the casino, please leave a written book in my mailbox in front of my house in the Brickport spawn. That or discord is the easiest way to get ahold of me.
