[Survival] Minesweeper

We have added Minesweeper on Survival!
It's a gambling minigame in which you earn money by discovering emeralds. You can either cash it out when you win some money, or try again. However, if you try again and you get a TNT, you will lose all your money that you bet with

Usage: /gamble <16-39> <amount_to_bet>

The 16-39 represents the difficulty (how many TNT blocks are present in the grid, so lower number = less difficult but less money, higher number more difficult but more money won)

Looks fun! Not many tactics like the real one with numbers but still looks good.

I think a more appropriate "minesweeper" for the server would be a broom that you take and go around the caves and mineshafts and "sweep" them up, because it's looking pretty decrepit down there.

Ill be sure to try this next time I'm on. Nice job on this to whoever created it, although I must say that it seems to me in my head there is a chance it will further break our already overflowed economy, or maybe it will improve it, who knows, it all depends on how good people are at this.
