[Survival] Towny Weekend

This weekend, until Sunday 23:59 UTC, starting a town in our Towny world (/playtowny) will be FREE!
We are looking forward to seing a lot of towns started! (on any other day it's going to cost the standard rate which is 100k EmpBucks at the moment -subject to change-)

In addition to this, I'd like to announce some other changes:
- Updated Slimefun to the last version. Should fix the furnace bug and other bugs
- Lowered the amount of broadcasts on Survival
- Performed maintenance operations so stuff runs smoother
- Updated SFTMMO
- Updated Spigot Version

Made a new town! Love it, and have already 2 members! Nice with no mobs or anything dangerous, so I can really build great buildings without getting distracted! #KeepTowny
