[Survival] You can now light fires

You can now light fires on Survival using a Flint & Steel
The downside of this, is that fire causes damage to players even if their PvP is off.

UPDATE: I disabled fire damage entirely for now until we figure a better solution


However, we cannot block that without entirely blocking fire.
So I decided to leave fire enabled.

What this means:
- We will punish abuse by players which light other players on fire outside PvP (aka when the other player's PvP is off)
- It is however your own responsibility to protect yourself against fire. If you see someone pull a lighter, run. If you are set on fire, take action to extinguish it (drink potion, stay in water, etc).
- It takes a few seconds to die from fire so it's not such a huge problem.

PS: Fire damage won't remain disabled because it also breaks fire aspect / flame against players.
Not sure if that's a problem but if it is we can't really keep it enabled

If fire damage is re-enabled:

If you are caught out by someone attacking you with fire and you are dying, worst comes to the worst do /home and either wait it out extinguish it there or worst case scenario you'll die in your home which isn't as bad as dying in a random place.
Another good idea would be to carry round a  water bucket just incase (would be good for lava disasters as well).

Remember.... abuse of the fire starting will have severe consequences!!!  Other than that, have fun!

i can quickly make a Hmaizat chestplate from slimefun to stay safe ^_^ ill place them in /ml just make sure to have the knowledge! :p

Tip: if you are out on fire, quickly type /spawn. If you are in spawn, you are 100% invincible.

I like the idea that fire placing is re-enabled because it helps a lot with both SlimeFun and decorating homes, etc. I hope this will not be abused!
