Multiple servers moved to a better host

Factions, Creative, Hunger Games, Skywars, Vanilla and Pocketmine have been moved to a better machine and should lag considerably less.

New machine specs: Xeon 6 core 12 threads, 128gb RAM, 3 * 300GB Intel SSD's.

B-Team and Vanilla powered will also be moved in the following days

The ips remain the same.

Me too xD This replaces 4 older, weaker servers that we had rented, so this will also save sft ~20$ /month
