[Survival] MineBay and LagTest

I have opened Minebay(TM) in-game!
It features the top 9 most sold items at autoshops!
The prices are an average of Emp prices and MallUSA prices.
If this is popular, I will expand it / add more items. To check its progress, check SFTMedia's money using /money SFTMedia (it started with 1mil EmpBucks)

I have added a very useful command on Survival -> /lagtest

It tells you the ping you have to the server, in miliseconds.
What this represents is the number of miliseconds it takes for an action you do to reach the server (placing a block, chatting, etc)

0-100ms -> Very good!
100-200ms -> Good
200-300ms -> Acceptable
300-400ms -> Playable-ish
400-500ms -> Laggy
500ms+ -> Barely playable

Erm with the lagtest i tried it, got 199 tried it a second later got 290 then down to 150 is that normal?

Yes, it can vary greatly based on the server load and your connection, and facturs such as whether you are downloading something or someone else in your home is.
