[Pixelmon] The Training Arena is back!

The Pixelmon Training Arena is now back! You now have a place to train your Pokemon and that place is /warp TA.
The low level area is for 2nd evolution ranks and up and the high level area is for 3rd evolution ranks and up!

The previous TAs have been designed similarly to that just without the walk way or in the original's case, only having one dome. Maybe it's showing an evolutionary line! ;o

Its a helicopter (vtol style) ^_^
