[SFT Pixelmon] Chat Reaction

Good news Pixelmon fans! You can now enjoy a game of Chat Reaction on our Pixelmon server as well!
I had to modify it a little as the SFT Pixelmon server does not support tooltips in chat (due to it being based on MC 1.7).

How it works:
- Every 4 minutes, a message will appear in chat, telling you to type a word or to unscramble a word. The message will be preceded by the [ChatReaction] prefix
- If you are the first person to type/unscramble the word, you can win a poke ball, apricorn or a random particle effect! (or maybe some delicious milk and cookies)

You can also see the top players by typing /reaction top

Kinda curious though, what's a particle effect in this case?
Like...
congratulations you got it *glitter appears on screen a few seconds*?
or
something equippable?
or
something consumable that makes you shiny?

On Survival you get different potion effects like, speed, jump boost, absorbtion ect I believe that is what towelie meant?
