[SFT Pixelmon] Updated to 3.5.1 & Slots

The SFT Pixelmon server has been updated to 3.5.1!

Changes:
- New pokemon: Absol, Larvitar, Pupitar, Tyranitar, Misdreavus, Mismagius
- New moves (Disable, Encore, Focus Punch, Payback, Stored Power, Switcheroo, Trick)
- New abilities (lots of them, see list below)
- Lots and lots of bug fixes / stability enhancements / tweaks
