This is a post about a new set of a previous shop item (Rare Steve Co. Supply Crate) but people still get normal Steve Co. Supply Crates in-game. I'm not sure about the time though, I think it is 15 minutes as well but might be more (I recall that crates were dropped every 45 min once that's why)
