Players of Survival, what can I do?

I'm thinking of custom mob spawning.Maybe like giant zombies,skeleton/zombie horses,mobs stacked upon each other,ect.

maybe we can have what pix has like
[Server]A [Special Mob (Wither, giant, ect.)] has spawned in a [Biome]!
that way the server would be looking for the mob or something and once killed can drop vote tokens or steve co crates.

@Dpa1991  What plugin is that?
