Item Holograms. Buy one for $5 or 10 for $25 (in case you own an autoshop, I figured you could use the 10 pack which is basically 50% cheaper than buying individual ones)
The holograms will rotate just as if they are dropped items, but you cannot actually pick them up.

This looks awesome, I believe this perk would be great for categorizing autoshops.
However will these transfer to 1.9 easily or will donors have to wait a while before
receiving the perk again after the server is updated?
