[Survival] 1.9 Open Beta & Update Status

We are running an open beta test for the Survival update to 1.9.
Update your client and join srvdev.sftmc.org and then report any bugs you see either in-game to managers+ or in this topic!

Update Status:
Slimefun - broken (author working on 3.4 but may be  weeks or months until then.
EchoPet - Discontinued and broken  - we'll have to find a replacement
Disguises - Broken but waiting on a fix
MobCatcher = Broken and unknown status


Other than that we have a few serious spigot bugs and a few more broken plugins for which we expect fixes in the next 2-3 days

When throwing mob eggs (like a snowball), the mobs spawn but they don't seem to stop. 2 eggs have spawned 2 sheep so far but they don't seem to stop. Not even with FarmLimiter clearing entities.

The mobs go away, but the spawner eggs don't and they just start making mobs again after FarmLimiter does it's thing.

What do you mean by this?

1.9 has already been officially released so that is what you would use to join.

Yea the whole egg thing happened with me too
I threw one zombie egg, and 6 or 7 game out, and they only stopped because one of the zombies picked the egg up

i am going to hope that this is a spigot bug and it will be fixed soon (egg)

Also, the reason I haven;t been on Survival for hte past two days is because i'm putting all my free time towards this update and making it happen before the weekend.

Please don't overstress yourself and rush it. Take your time, allow as much things to be working as possible before you update. We waited a year for this update, i'm sure a few days, even weeks couldn't hurt.

Toad was getting that too, only happens with swords

Minesweeper is broken. As you know if you click a mine the game is over. If you click every square on the board it's an auto win.

Also, /kit farm only gives wheat and carrots, no spawn eggs.

I removed spawn eggs from all kits due to a bug.
The attack  spam is probably a spigot bug

Once Vote Party is activated and everyone gets their rewards the potions you may receive are untextured blocks.

               



Also, somehow I have emeralds for leg armor and Steve Co. keys for boot armor.

Have you updated your texture pack to 1.9? could just be client side.

Yes it's updated to 1.9. You can tell by the offhand slot being there

Ok. its still possible that its due to the texture pack not the server as i havent heard anyone else having that expereince

I just turned off the texture pack. Same thing. Also this problem occurred with HallaDalla as well.
