Looking for content creators for my channel

I need content creators for my channel. Can be SFT footage or any in-game footage. Must be proffesionally edited and put together.
I am partnered, and i make $2 / 1000 views. I will gladly share my profits with the content creator whoever that may be (not gonna lie so far they're like $20 / year but I'm hoping that with actually posting content rather than posting once a year, that would make my channel grow and in turn help you as well. I will credit you (the next content creator) as well.
Why should you create content for my channel instead of posting it on your own youtube channel? Because I'm a youtube partner and that's not easy to achieve and because I already have ~500 followers and about~70k views on my videos, as well as this here gaming community so it's a lot easier than starting from scratch.
Show me a sample of your work (a video you made) if you are interested.

Just to clarify do you mean people make videos and you upload them instead of uploading to their channels and if so would the creators of the content get a cut of the money made off the video?

Like I said in the  post ->  I will gladly share my profits with the content creator
However, I will talk finances after I see a sample of your work

But yes, the videos are to be posted on my channel and of course the content maker would receive a cut (the percentage is to be discussed)
