Pix move & New Survival dynmap address

The Pixelmon server was moved to the Survival machine, therefor bringing our monthly costs down to $590.
That is currently the lowest possible monthly amount that we need to make or we won't be able to pay our bills.

Also, the Survival dynmap address was changed to http://mc.superfuntime.org:8124 in order for it to not conflict with Pix.

Can I make a suggestion? Do some live streams where half you earn goes to charity and half goes towards the server. That way you help others and potentially keep the server alive and well.
