It's time to glow, with Glow permissions in the premium shop.
Usage -> /glow (toggles on or off), /glow set <color> (changes color - WARNING you need to disable and enable glowing for the color to change)

He needs to look through his emails if he used a card through paypal, as the unique transaction ID will have been in the message sent to his emails.
