[Survival] Vote Party rewards revamped

The VoteParty rewards were revamped!
You can now get SteveCo Crates, Keys, Rare SteveCo crates and keys and even bikes/cars from the vote party! (albeit the rare crates and cars/bikes with a low chance)

I will keep the exact list of changes a secret to preserve excitement but I hope this will translate into a direct improvement in votes otherwise it's pointless.
