Yeah - helicopters are no longer available in-game without purchasing access to the premium shop. Those that already have helicopters will be able to still use them. Because it was added to the premium shop helicopters now cost 100k-200k instead of 1mil - 3 mil.

Claimblocks are EULA breaking and sftmmo perk boost is broken last I heard.
