We've already had all of those besides Colony Survival and nobody played on them.

That being said, you'd have to make a very unique server in order to make it not fail this time around.

Also, PLEASE NO MORE MINECRAFT

Something that would be pretty popular but time consuming is creating a Wow server, it still has a giant playerbase ((and perhaps a new rpg element these servers are lacking heavily) as long as it's not like moonguard....*shudders*)
