I have opened a ticket system.

What to use for:
- If you need permissions transferred
- If you need anything from me and only I can do it.

I opened this ticket system because it's very easy to lose player's help requests in PM's and I believe this will be more efficient. You guys open tickets and then I have a list of things that I need to do which I will do when I have some free time.

You can also report bugs/glitches using this ticketing system.

I don't, the ticketing system does.
Or you can check back every few hours in case you don't get mails (because mails could go to spam in rare cases)

PS: And yes, it's a lot easier for me too and it's like a task manager so allows me to better allocate my time.
