We have discovered a serious problem with GlobalMarket - It some times does not pay the users due to a compatibility problem with 1.8. Please stop using GlobalMarket immediately and take your items immediately out of it.
As of this moment, we will not refund any losses due to GlobalMarket seing as we posted this announcement.
Immediately after the removal, we will look for other options and if none are found, we will have to wait until the author updates it and fixes this bug. Thank you!

Couldn't an admin just remove everything listed atm then you could just stop folk being able to list but keep the plugin for a bit longer? That way everyone's stuff would be in /mm and no one'd lose anything for not being to get on today.
