Here's how a staff issue gets handled (so everyone understands and doesn't think we just say "we'll take care of it" and do nothing.

Step #1 -> I hear about the problem
Step #2 -> I talk to djkirsh and StiniPenguin (the current HoS and HoS Helper), and think of ways of resolving this.
Step #3 -> Then the way to resolve is being debated with Manager+ or Admin+
Step #4 -> Once we reach a consensus, a post is made in the Staff Boards
Step #5 -> The persons that still misbehave, even after the post / respective warnings have been applied, are tracked down or given a warning or demoted.

All this process takes time. It's not something you can do in a day.

What's annoyed me the most you've asked for feedback so when I've gave my opinion on what I've experienced I get shouted at, I never said that the admin+'s were doing a bad job I gave my opinion on what is happening and why I personally left survival server.
