Name Changing and you!

NOTE: At this moment, we do not support name changing. If you change your name it will be at your own risk, and we refuse to transfer any progress. We are working towards implementing name changing support but until then, we do not support it.

Here's all you need to know about Name Changing

On Survival:
- You can change your name right now but you will lose all your warps / home. We do not offer support/ transferring for that. We do not know when we will update, we are waiting for an update

On Pixelmon:
Pretty much same as on survival + other stuff like mcmmo (whoch should be fixed soon)

On Factions/Creative/Hunger Games/ Etc
Pretty much same as Pixelmon,

On B-Team
Name changing is completely unsupported. Do not change your name or you will lose everything!

On Tekkit Classic
Name changing is completely unsupported. Do not change your name or you will lose everything!

Any players that change their names to impersonate ANOTHER PLAYER in any form or fashion will result in a 30 day ban (then you must change it.)

So no H@ppyNem, or HappyNemm for example, this includes any names for active or retired Players


This also includes any name changes that are seen by the staff members as rude, insulting or inappropriate

The name changing is very useless / annoying tbh. The only players using it is the staff and they are just like abbreviating / shortening their name

im not trying to be rude or anything but isn't that sorta saying since you have a name similar to me you will be banned? like for example and ill use what you said whats the difference from someone when they start MC making their name h@ppynem opposed to someone changing it later? like would you ban them too? this is just a statement not trying to be rude just a statement/question.

ranks, perms, and money are kept as far as i know, But protections, warps, and homes currently dont stay.  I cannot confirm this myself but it is what i have gathered

Actually I think protections stay as well, only warps and homes get removed.

Protections got updated so it goes by their last known name and their uuid now, So protections stay

Only if they walked around trying to tell everyone they were actually me and I changed my name, other wise not much I would do about it.
