The beta update corrupted my modpack and i cant play it any more and SFT pixelmon is my favorite server. 

uninstall then install ....
and if you have worlds here is how you save them
go into your folder then click the top bar(or the specific search bar) type %appdata%
click on .technic then click modpacks, next you wanna go into the sft modpack and click saves, put your worlds in a usb(or such) or drag them onto your desktop, after uninstalling just do everything i said above but drag them into saves instead. not sure if there is a easier way but i have this problem all the time and i have no issue fixing stuff like that.
Note: this is windows only

I tried so hard pushing SFT towards my friends but they say Minecraft isn't suitable for our age and that the fact that I am obsessed with it is a joke...

well that's what everyone tells me. But what they don't know is that there is alot of math involved and I just love it. Plus I make alot of friends.

You wake up in the middle of a forest.
You don't remember what happened. In fact you have few memories, you know this due to the fact you have pictures of 2 children and a women
You stand up
nothing broken that's good
as you look around you see trees trees and more trees
So you decide to take a walk. As you look around you see a weird house. A mansion your memory tells you
You open the door(screw manners you are the protagonist)
As you head in side the doors slowly close and you just walk off
When the doors are shut you suddenly fall threw a hole
when you wake up again you hear a voice
Man " I knew they were coming for me I just knew it. But they aren't getting me I have prepared.
After that the man laughs with a sinister yet seemingly scared laugh
Man " due to the write being lazy the name is Jack"
Jack " And now you are doomed to die!
After finishing his sentence he presses a button and water starts flowing
panicked you start looking for a exit you find q vent and climb into it
As you make your way down you suddenly drop and hear Jack again
Jack" you think I'm that unprepared?
when you look around you realize your in a cage
Jack this will keep you out of my hair while I think of something to do to you
He turns of the microphone
Was you look around you see a table a toilet and a bed
You lay down on the bed giving up but as you look up you see that some type of.container
your jump up and open it
A saw?
You don't give any thought to it and start sawing
eventually the bars are gone
And a table in front of has a flashlight some batteries and a knife
You also find a bag with various things in it
you take it with you and head towards the door
As you exit you se the main door and head towards it
Nothing locked and probably going to stay that way intelligence you find the key

As you turn around a body falls from the ceiling and blood is sprayed all over you
You scream
Jack" Oh you managed to get you are a tricky one.
You"what and who is this?!
Jack " oh just the last one who was out there to get me he was slaughtered by it

And start looking around
After hours of looking you have found nothing and have searched almost everywhere
you find the kitchen you enter
As you loom around you see something written on a pot

Just then all the knifes fly at you
but they miss
As you turn around to see where they landed they spelled out
It is hungry
You run strait out but then you are sent flying into a previously locked room

There you find a microphone
So this is where Jack was. But where is he now?
He is no where to be found
You think and open your wallet

But there are tricks in this game
Using the heart turns makes it so you have to guess the peoples favorite Valintimes treat
Using the good apple turns it back to candy
Using the cookie makes it so the next person has to tell every there favorite candy
