[Survival] Update to 1.9 Progress

Looks like there's a bit more breakage than I anticipated but I am still hoping for a weekend update if @fearthe1337  feels better and is able to update.

Ahhh. Take as much time as you need, there is no rush. It's better to have a functioning server than a broken one, there isn't any pressure to rush it out.

Super, there is no need to be anxious with the caps. Towelie stated that in a good scenario, the shortest time required would be 48 hours. So this means that in 48 hours or more, the server will be updated to 1.9.

Please understand that rather than pushing out the server to be 1.9 as soon as possible, the primary concern would still be functionality and as Green said, there's no point in pushing out a non-functional 1.9 server

With the help of fear and colesy some plugins got fixed, but there are still some critical ones broken. I'll keep you guys posted,
