Doesn't matter. Without him, Uruguay's fate has been sealed. They will lose the next match because Suarez is basically carrying the team. So his punishment is a punishment for his whole country. That might inflict some damage.

May I point out that the people who bash on Dinnerbone saying only the minority dislikes this new EULA situation might be wrong here? I went to a forum and I see many people say they love this new thing. Mostly players from hardcore PvP servers who hate losing to people who donated for these god kits which make them nearly invulnerable. And come on, PvP is a must in Minecraft, so lots of people have that point of view.

Then there is a second group, the equalists, who just like this because "yaaaay fairness". They just think the game can be enjoyed most when everybody gets the same exact experience.

Then we have the group of people who think everyone is overreacting - they think not everything is as bad as "this minority" thinks it will be. They think everyone should see first before they complain.

And then there is the fourth group, the anti-Mojang rebellion, the people who hate this new implementation with a passion. The people who see this as the downfall of Minecraft, the end of what once was this great innovative game, made by once a respected company called Mojang.

That is one group out of four. They're just the loudest because they talk the most. I am not bashing on anyone here. Not at all. Opinions are opinions. But to me, this won't matter much. If this ends Minecraft, then I will just find another game. To servers hosts, this must be a near-worst case scenario and I can't speak up for them. But maybe they are right, maybe it is just a minority that actually hates this.

I have one question. Does the 100-block from towns rule count for buildings in the sky as well?

Good question, depends, are we talking in height, like a floating building above a town? 
If in height, it depends if the building in the air is blocking light for the Town. And if the building was first, you can maybe arrange something like the floating building getting moved a little away from town, depending on size.

In height, yup, because 100 blocks above a town that is, let's say, built at level 68 and is 30 blocks high, that would mean I could start building at 68 + 30 + 100 = level 198. Then I wouldn't have much space to build up any more. Plus, buildings usually block light, or they musn't be directly above the building on the ground.

Also, I may assume there is a way for you to find out which building has been built first? Because for all I know, I cannot show evidence of me building there sooner.

As for my last point, what if a town and a building are built at the same exact time? What rules count then? The building that is finished first can stay, or will the town be the one to stay because it's a town?

You do realise Russia defended itself against 7/8th of the entire German army, right? No American help. No western help, just plain ol' Russia.

It's a little one sided here. Russia wouldn't win without Europe and the USA, the USA and Europe wouldn't win without Russia. It's not like the USA did everything on their own. American soldiers fought hard in both wars and Europeans are really, REALLY grateful for that. But it wasn't the USA against the world. I don't think the war would have ended in Germany's favour without the USA either.

Well, an uptime of 200 hours isn't there for fun. It shows you dedicate yourself to the server and want to continue help its comunity grow.

But we have the "all intense activity is halted" for that. An admin+ can use that to remove ALL items that lie on the ground.

is it possible to get more than 10 pistons?? i wanna get 30 and i wont use them much!!!

The maximum of 10 pistons isn't there for fun. If everyone would use let's say 20+ pistons, then the server woud experience major lag, if not crash.
