Mojang should make it so that you can change your name but it only changes in 30 days (or maybe a bit less). It could help a lot with servers and cheating on servers.

We need a plugin that records every players that logs in's UUID with their most recent username, either getting their most recent name from Mojang (They should keep logs) or from a backup in the server, idk.

staff can see uuid but in events like unfair pvp or accepting a tpa the victim cant remember the full name but part the attacker can change their name to avoid the victim from seeing them in game and remembering their name

I feel that this is going to affect some servers quite alot, like someone could go name them selves TowelieDOH_ and at first glance people would think its the original Towelie, I'm not sure though. And also it will be very confusing, especially if you think you know most people on a server and then suddenly theres all these new names that know you xD

Sorry for the noob questions, but are these maps on the standalone DayZ or the ArmaIII mod DayZ?

Neither... the arma 3 version is just kinda bad... and DayZ standalone's just worse... it's the arma 2 mod cause it's still the best one.

I haven't played DayZ, so I also have a noob question . If you are talking about the arma 2 mod does that mean I need to buy Arma 2 to play it, or can I play it if I just buy DayZ off steam?

You need to purchase Arma 2: Combined Operations (25 USD) to be able to join the SFT server, when we get one

Yeah so I probably won't be playing on it if we do get one.

The game is run using The arma 2 engine...

Therefore to play you need to buy Arma 2 combined operations in order to beable to play.

I remember prison...... That server was fun while it lasted

A reset would be good to get all the 1.8 items in the world, but the world was just reset and many people have just built epic things in the new world so everyone has different ideas of what to do

I would buy myself a new pc and get proper internet! Then I would give money to parents to buy a new car and maybe a new house and also share some with friends and family and put the rest in that bank and do various things with it
