You may want to check out Lucifer: It's about the devil who goes on vacation and ends up as a civilian consultant for the LAPD. It has a great plot in my opinion and is on Netflix (with new season coming in april). If you want a whimsical, romantic, supernatural crime drama then that's your go to.

No game has the replay value of a sandbox game like minecraft, finding a 'new' one of these games is pretty much impossible without having it die out in a few months or so like all your other attempts at servers other than minecraft

Something that would be pretty popular but time consuming is creating a Wow server, it still has a giant playerbase ((and perhaps a new rpg element these servers are lacking heavily) as long as it's not like moonguard....*shudders*)
