Besides delay of the staff answering questions/responding(sometimes ranging in from 5 minutes to almost 1.5 hours), I don't see any problems.

It would probably be a better idea if instead of staff instantly dropping it to 0 if this post just changed to staff count down 1 each time, players count up with no one posting until 4 other posts have been put up.(this way we don't have 2 dozen staff waiting to counter the same player)

But wouldn't this make voting worthless if you aren't online during a vote party? Could discourage players from voting in my opinion.

Not to mention there are people like me who can hardly keep both minecraft and the voting websites open at the same time without crashing...(which means that for my votes to count toward a vote party that I can use, I have to disconnect, vote, then rejoin the server before the vote party goes off)

One thing that probably could be done to up the number of votes could be to give a higher reward for having more weekly or monthly votes.  Even if it would be a slight increase like adding 1 emp to the emp you gained from your previous vote on servers like b-team, pix, and survival. Basically it would start out at 500, then the next vote is 501, the next would be 502, and so on, until the end of the week or month(which ever interval is chosen) is over, then it starts over at 500. It would probably be favorable for it to be increased a bit if the same kind of emp boost per vote was put into Lost Islands because at this point, 1 survival emp basically holds the value of at least 10 Lost Islands emp. This way, the people who are more late game have more of a reason to vote, and people who have just joined are not going to get much of a modified amount for voting their first few times ever on sft.

I don't know if this is possible at all, but if a plugin was added for lost islands(which seems to require more restarts than any other sft server) that could restart the server if the tps was below 10 and roughly 3/4ths of the people on the server want a restart. A plugin like this could probably help to keep quite a few people on lost from quitting, and probably stop some server crashes.

The tps is sadly most of the times under 10 :S So it would just restart all the time

Normally it is only below 10 tps after it has been running for at least 12 hours, so that would only be 1-2, sometimes 3 restarts a day average.

I am not one to be on pix a lot, but I voted for tconstruct, inventory pets, and enchanting plus mostly in case tconstruct is not added. In my opinion, biomes O plenty is just not a good mod to have in a modpack because half the biomes in that mod are hard to build in.
