Have you been banned before? If yes, why should we overlook this? I have been banned for advertising back in 2013 but it was a misunderstanding and I was unbanned with no consequences. In 2015 I was banned for xray but I've learned from my mistakes. These should be overlooked because I have matured greatly in the past 2 years.

But I do want to say something about the EULA... did you ever read the EULA after April 1st, 2016? because I just read it today and it says nothing about servers. I used the link (provided in the EULA.txt that the server generates. that Eula says nothing about server restrictions. except making a profit from items you make from the game. If you want to follow the old rules its cool but I think you should look into the new Eula.

btw thinking of "Eula" friendly perks is hard... I don't even have real guidelines to look at.

A new to Java development. Don't know anything about Sponge but I can work with spigot and bukkit. I would love to work with other SFT devs and I think it will be a fun experience.
