I just want to say, think before you do eventhost. 25 events a week seems easy, and it should be, but as soon as you start to slack, you are burdening everyone else. Other event hosts will have to pick up the events you don't do. Everyone else will experience a.) less events and b.) less diversity in events. Seriously, this isn't a 100% screw around rank, and not everyone is cut out for it. Don't be lazy.

No point applying for EventHost if you play in a deadzone either, almost impossible to host events with fuck all people on, may as well use your time as a Jmod...

Correct. It means you can safely kill one mob every 6 seconds, spam it any faster and this will kick in.

For someone who sits at a spawner 80% of the time this is a real game changer haha

I see guests/ members, I can tell which ones have potential to be a Jmod+ And which ones don't have the potential.
I see a lot of the people that I think Didnt have the potential getting Jmod (I agree with krikky)

How can you possibly say that. The players promoted to Jmod are all hand picked by the Staff team, You may not know them, or ever heard them before, but we have, they have stood out to us a valued players, and thats why they get promoted. You say some don't have potential, well you obviously aren't looking at the same attributes we are.
