Some emporium price adjustments could be made so that doing other activities are also viable, such as woodcutting, farming/herbalism, alchemy, taming/breeding animals, hunting mobs, or similar. Mining and fishing are so OP compared to other activities that it makes doing anything else feel like a waste of time from a "money-making perspective".

- Better rewards in general. Again, from a money-making perspective, voting/events/challenges, etc are not worth doing whatsoever if we only take the money into account. If the rewards were increased, we could assume that more players would be interested in participating. I've personally had that feeling a lot of times, why should I go do spleef to get 10-20k if I can do fishing/mining or similar to get 10x the reward? Voting is a different story, most people including myself only do it to support the server, but I'd assume that some people do it just for the rewards and the rewards aren't that "attractive" when you can do plenty of other activities and get similar(or better) return with less hassle.

- I think adding some sort of "Hunting" or battle mechanic that could serve as an activity would be interesting as well, just like we had the Elite Mobs in the past. I think if implemented correctly, with decent rewards, could be a success. Since there is no real PvP aspect of Survival atm, enchanting loads of gear is pretty much useless unless you just wanna look cool. Adding mobs or bosses of some sort that allows the player to get an attractive reward worth their time in comparison to the other activities like mining/fishing could be something really fun for the players. This would also let players help each other to face the mobs/bosses. Alternatively that it is implemented as a "minigame" of sorts like the mob arena minigame we used to have(unless it's still a thing, I have no idea) but with decent rewards so that it is worth doing.

I'll edit my post if I come up with anything else, but that's all I can think of for now. I hope these pointers help!  :)

I don't see how Sliemfun is an issue at all. If you don't wanna mess with slimefun then don't but I feel like a lot of people actually like it so why not keep it in? It doesn't interfere with anything in survival if you don't wanna use it or play with it.
We've sort of been forced to use it though... Because of the hopper change. All of my farms etc broke because of the change and now I'm forced to do a ton of slimefun and I'm guessing a lot of people are in the same situation.

Your not forced to use it. Make your farms smaller or whatever. You can still have 100 hoppers

There is still sooo much to do in the state we are in. Go into Slimefun, or PyroMining. There is sooo much to do within slimefun and PYromining like trying to max out ur pickaxe. I honestly think a world reset would drive a lot of the players we still have left away. I honestly don't think I would play anymore if we did a full reset. There is so many ways people can make money and become one of the "best" and there is soo many things that can still be done. Therefore I dont think its a good idea. Do i think we should reset the worlds every so often but are able to move builds. Yes. But I dont think right now is the best time for a full reset.

I think we have addressed this before, but the drop rates are hard coded into slimefun. These can only be changed by slimefun devs and they are not going to change it (already raised the ticket with them about it)


I thought this was in the code or the file? we not able to change it on our end?

When you say current backpack issues does that also include the gilded backpack also? which is the biggest one there is.


1. Slimefun- Some of the items required for the "End game" machines are stupid af. like nether stars. no one is going to pay 15 mil for 1 nether start to make 1 machine when realistically you need quite a bit of them. I think we should make other recipes as we did with the cargo system.

2. Slimefun- Raise the chances / percentage of getting "sifted ore" and lower the chances / percentage of getting flint.

3, If none of those things are addressed then maybe make a Admin Autoshop that sells the slimefun minerals because some of them are about impossible to get / obtain, and some just take ABSOLUTELY FOREVER! to acquire when you need a bit of it.

I don't think I have much else tbh. My only issue is slimefun related.

What about adding a plugin that gives us a portable crafting bench :workbench:  we could add to /buy for perms? I mean i know its survival but when mining it comes in so much clutch! Not everyone will have to have it and it isn't against the eula bs!

Hey everyone as the title states I have a survival suggestion.

So as everyone knows we have weekly weekend xp boost event that is for mcmmo. It is 15x. Well now since we offer the 30x boost, how about we can somehow implement that into the weekend event boost.

So as it is now the weekend event is free for the 15x. Well lets say someone (me) would like the weekend event to be the 30x. We should have a option to "Upgrade" the weekend event to that. I think some people would enjoy it and I think it would bring some more revenue.

Any thoughts from anyone else??

What is PyroMining?
PyroMining is a plugin that brings life and fun to mining! It adds extra things like fluxes and gemstones to the deal of mining plus a lot more! It brings mining to life!

Features

-Fluxes-
Fluxes can be found from mining ALL ores.
- Basic fluxes will drop from Overworld ores.
- Blazed fluxes will drop from Nether ores.
(Fluxes can be sold to /mine shop for money(emp) They currently have no other uses.

-Gemstones-
Gemstones drop from each ore apart from Gold and Iron ore. You can either sell them using /mine shop or right click them to identify their quality which can either increase or decrease the overall sell price of the gemstone.

Gemstones have a 5 different qualities to them which can increase or decrease the price you can sell them for. To check their quality right click the gemstone in your hand and it will show you its quality. The qualities that are possible are listed below.

Ruined
Badly Damaged
Damaged
Worn
Pristine


-Rune Dust-
Rune dust is gained from refining `Mysterious Dust` in a Refinery. (`Mysterious Dust` is found from just mining normal ores.)

-Refinery-
A refinery is needed to process `Mysterious Dust`. To create a refinery place a Dropper facing upwards and a fence post ontop of it.

Place the `Mysterious Dust` inside the refinery and punch the fence post to process the `Mysterious Dust` into its different components.

Alternatively, you can place all 8 pieces of a vessel in it and punch the fence post to craft a vessel!



-Runes / Rune Guardians-
Runes are obtained by killing rune guardians. Rune Guardians are mini-bosses that can be summoned using Rune Dust which is obtained from `Mysterious Dust`.

To summon a Rune Guardian, click on a Redstone Ore with Rune Dust and it will open a menu, Once the menu pops up you have the option to choose which guardian you would like to spawn. There is a cooldown between spawning guardians!

Runes are needed to upgrade and level up your Singularity.



-Zeta-
Zeta is the custom currency used in PyroMining. Zeta is used to upgrade passives and remove vessels from pickaxes, it is also used for creating vessels in a refinery!

-Vessels-
Vessels are essentially custom enchantments for pickaxes. To craft a vessel you need all 8 pieces of the vessel which can be obtained as fossils from artifacts. You need to place all 8 pieces of a vessel into a refinery and punch the fence post to create it. Vessels require you to guess the correct requium order to be able to kill the boss to officially add the vessel to your pickaxe! You are able to view your previous requium attempts inside of the /mine vessels menu.

- Information 1/4
Each vessel has unique abilities reflecting its element type. The more vessels you add to your pickaxe the stronger the next level of the vessel will be. To level up a vessel simply add the same vessel to the same pickaxe (quirk doesn't matter) Once you have completed the vessel it will level that certain vessel up on your pickaxe.

- Information 2/4
Requiums: Three of these are needed in the correct order to defeat and damage the vessel boss. You can randomly guess and try to find out the correct order or you can kill thralls. Killing thralls will give you progress to unlocking the correct requium needed for that slot. Once you obtain 100% in a certain slot it will tell you the correct requium to use. (You can view your previous requium attempts for that vessel in /mine vessels and selecting the (previous attempts book). You obtain requiums from artifacts!

- Information 3/4
Quirks: Each vessel has a chance to come with a unique quick which gives it a unique ability. The abilities are listed below.

Fire Damage Immunity
Projectile Immunity
Slowness Immunity
Life Steal
Armor Piercing
Enhanced Speed
None


- Information 4/4
Thralls: Thralls are little creatures that spawn when mining certain ores. Killing these will give you anger progress and progress towards unlocking the correct requiums. There is a 2 minute cooldown between finding thralls.

~ Will automatically smelt iron and gold ores that you mine.

- Xostrans Glare
Required Level: 35

~ Gives you a higher chance to get oracle drops when killing oracles.

-  Seraphs Grasph
Required Level: 8

Fossils: Fossils are used to craft vessels. To obtain fossils you need artifacts and to research them inside /mine artifacts. List of fossil types below.

(Each Vessel will require 1 of each of these fossil types to create the vessel.)

-Oracles-
Oracles are end game bosses that can be summoned using `Charged Oracleite` (This is obtained from `Mysterious Dust`. Oracles should only be fought when level 35 in /mine stats. Once you kill the first phase you will get a rune to summon the next phase. You summon Oracles by using Charged Oracleite on Emerald Ore. Oracles will drop items used in the plugin and for blacksmithing.

When stuff gets added I will update this post. @Chocobo123456 was the first one to make the OG post I just added a lot more and made it nicer!

world1 is corrupted. Sadly, since 1.13.2 changed the world format, there are no tools that can allow us to save this world. Are we just moving builds or is our balance and items being transferred as this isnt a planned reset and a unconventional reset die to the world being corrupted like America's goverment...
