Oh man... Things do not look good... I wish I had more time to support SFT... But it's senior year and IB is a heck ton. Hopefully I can return one day. All the best man...

What about prison ;n;

Deeply saddened to hear this news. I will never forget the conversations we had. You were amazing, rest in peace.

I'm sure we all get busy in our lives. Heck, I'm still trying to balance everything out and return. All the best for your bird!

I voted a no not because of the fault of SFT. But instead mainly the fault of reality. From what I've seen for the past few months, we are heading a steady downhill, but that's not something we could change. From what I can see, it seems to genuinely be of the EULA's fault because it's been so harsh. I like what we're trying to do, but I don't like where we're heading because..

Empathy

Btw. Just a note, people replying, your word is supposed to start with the letter the previous word ends with. That's why it's called "Join the word".

Quote from: King_Craftius on Jul 11, 2016, 07:21 PMQuick question, why would i want a stall does it have any purpose??? Like its not like a house in spawn etc and why spend your life savings for some wool and some fences completely baffles me, what has the world come to????
If you have nothing remotely constructive and nice to say, don't say anything at all.

I would also like to add to the fact that previous spawns have featured market stall sales as well. This helps drain out EMP but provides merchants with greater publicity.

I feel that being trapped in the spawn area isn't very welcoming, forcing people without fly to walk through one way if they want to leave spawn

The old /w2 spawn was exactly like that. People just leave the spawn by doing /random.
New players usually don't know what /random is so they prefer leaving it normally.
Except there's a hologram blocks from where you spawn saying 'type /random to find a building spot'...
People ignore it...?

If people ignored it, how have they gotten around the problem of having to "walk through one way if they want to leave spawn". How has nobody spoke a word about this problem for almost 2 years?

Moved :) new warp: /warp newreichstag

Builds are exactly where they were positioned in the entire area. But it's moved into the ocean because its way too big for land.

Quote from: omelott on Jun 21, 2016, 08:06 PMProps to the manager+ team for sorting this out. You guys are awesome! :)

Why are so many people opposed to this? If anything, we should be thankful for this.

Thank you for the positivity! But props to the rest of the staff team too, they had input on the price as well :D

You speak of 500k-1mil as if the value is so huge. We are implementing this for an all round emp and vote token drainage. The staff team agreed with the scheme and this was discussed within the team for more than half an hour. If you'd look at the map you'd realise the problem with making subsequent build moves readily available for anyone willing. And that proposal you suggested would not aid emp drainage at all.
22
I wasn't avoiding anything. So far your responses have been, "That made no sense to me" and "I was half asleep..."

However, as the rest have already understood the situation at hand, I saw no point to further this. This is as fair as possible. It was always one build move per player in the past. Now, we're introducing subsequent build moves. More things cost more money. The subsequent moves obviously would not be an exception considering our already poor economy with the huge wealth gap.

As others have also explained, 500k-1mil is easily achievable and therefore I do not see this as a problem and in fact, it is more of an emp and vote token drainage.

How come exactly?

Due to 1.10. The chest moves are bugged out right now.

May I also explain that... The statistics Lucy provided were completely wrong....

There are well beyond thousands of players here at SuperFunTime. Previous records have shown that build moves could go up to that number. If we're talking about double digits thats more like the count of build moves done by a Manager in one session. In fact, just our forums have 9225 members already, which discounts players who have not registered yet.

The world isn't mega small, but if you look at dynamic map to analyse the situation for yourself. You'd realise why we're introducing such schemes.

Like Katherine said, we're draining the money because the wealth gap is huge. Honestly, you're seriously making a problem out of nothing.

We always did build moves featuring one build per player. Sure, players had problem with that and that was a lack of multiple build moves. They offered to pay for them. We listened. So we're introducing this scheme here not to strip off all the rights of poor players but at the same time draining money from rich ones who have a monopoly of builds. I hope you realise that ultimately this scheme is beneficial for all because it will in turn help drain out some empbucks but also vote tokens.

On the point that people cannot gather vote tokens in time, that is untrue. People have been assembling them through marketplace, ml, auctions, etc. And they always get good deals because of the large supply we've got currently flowing around in our server.
