That would definitely count as an illegal build.
It requires no work and can constantly reproduce the chicken meat.

Would it count if i made it to where i would have to lead the chickens into the chambers and have to cook them like that?

As long as nothing is "automatic" and it requires you to be online and working with it, then it's fine

The individual people in that area can get a house there moved for free (providing its their first build), but no one is going to move every single build there in one go because it's far too big
