Isn't the spawn the exact same as the current world 1 on survival or am I going insane?

Let me rephrase what dpa said but in rougher terms: The entire architect team (surv + pix) failed to come up with a spawn for pix so we used Survival's.

As hard as everyone tried, plus the world corrupting, in order to finally get pix out, corners had to be cut. (Like stealing survival's spawn.)

Stealing isn't the right word, were all on the same team. I would of loved to have a unique spawn special to pix but that would have never happened.

Almost 2 months of building we had maybe 4 people come online to build (I'm one of the 4), and out of those 4 only lavish, me and D-Day built anything. Never mind the fact we only had like 3 buildings built with not much else going on.

Some staff members seem too immature at times, and seem to have been pushed into the role even with little SFT experience just due to lack of staff.

its not just the idea of immaturity but those who take there roles for granted as a "im an manager/admin/mod now, you must respect me and il do to you what i want"

I think what sft lacks is not events hosted, but bigger games that need plugins (such as build my thing and hunger games).

However the constant problem with this is when we do open up such a minigame server just for it, it dies off after 2+ weeks because people get tired of it and it shuts down.

So my suggestion is why not create an independent world from the event world (but still hosted on the survival server) that would only host these big events. However after a certain amount of time, it gets replaced with another big event. For example, for 1 week players can play hunger games. After that it would be replaced with build my thing for a week and so forth.

That way, these mini games are always cycled around and entices more players to join and participate in these events. Even the same can be done for adventure worlds or whatnot to change it up.

I also agree with Katherine, that although the game is fun, we should try to expand as a community to other games.

This! But it's never going to work unless proper research and work is put into it, even if that means take attention and work off survival to find something. Just picking a game that's new isn't going to work need to find out where are people? What's server hosting like? What and how do other servers host this game? Advertisement possible? Donations possible? Plugins possible?

Lets be honest here, reset is a good idea. But at the same time the rich people will still be rich just less rich.

Only money that will come out of the economy are the poor people will be poorer, the medium hard workers for they're money back to basics and the rich rich because they invest in blocks which takes money out but still benefit them

Having Slight problems with the image, bear with me

The whole point of not moving big builds is so we wont have to have another reset soon.
We will have 2 worlds that arent insanely filled and wont have to have our players worry about a reset.
The entire Manager+ team came to that decision together.
The only exception on big builds will be official attractions

So we are discouraging people to want to build big and or huge builds which tends to be nicer and look amazing, to only sticking to a much smaller scale and simpler because otherwise they lose their efforts?

The best builds on SFT worth going to look at are those town/citys or huge items (such as @MrC0W stadium or most auto shops) which look so much nicer than a person living in a single medium size house plain and boring on it's own, personally i think good building should be encouraged not seem as a nuisance to move because it fills the world 

Can we have really big build moves but in sections counting as multiple moves?

At this point I am not against a factions server per say, but I down right refuse to work on a faction server or have anything to do with maintaining it other than restarting it when it crashes and setting up the premium shop / vote plugin.
So that leaves @Dpa1991 and @saywhat2365 .

I doubt either of them wants to start a Factions server soo...
